Very similar to the vintage Forstner snake bracelet design, this yellow gold-filled necklace circa 1950 is crafted with sinuous tobagas-style chain wrapping around the neck, ending in two snake head pendant drops.
It's the perfect addition to your jewelry wardrobe. A striking statement worn alone but very interesting added to other chains and necklaces.
Details: With a necklace length of approximately 16", the snakes add about 3" to the drop, the chain is 5.25 mm wide. Not hallmarked but the heads are almost identical to the heads on Forstner's famous snake bracelets.
Condition: There's a gentle patina to the surface and some light wear to the plating in spots but no obvious corrosion or dents.
