A beautifully made Victorian tassel pendant, crafted in solid 14k yellow gold circa 1870. The tiny ring of rose gold flowers crowning the cap echo the texture of the fringe; it's the perfect addition to a collection of pendants for necklace layering, the supple foxtail chains with their little ball ends will shimmy and catch the light with the wearer's movement.
Details: Measuring approximately 1 7/8" long including the oversized jump ring, and 3/8" wide across the cap. Not marked for gold content but XRF tests to 14k. Approximately 5.1 grams total weight.
Condition: In excellent condition with a gentle antique patina and a few light marks, but no breaks in the chain or missing ball ends.
