Antique Mine Cut Diamond & Pearl Ring

This antique ring is so sweet; circa 1910 crafted in 14k gold with a platinum face for a glittering old mine-cut diamond, flanked by two luminous cultured pearls. I love the way the shimmer of the pearls compliments the sheen of platinum, creating a perfect foil for the sparkle of the diamond.

Lovely as a stacking ring, the profile is low to the finger and the stones are securely set without grabby prongs that might catch on clothing.

Details: Approximately 5/16" north to south at the front, with a 1.5 mm width at the center back. Marked 585 (14k) inside the band,with a tiny illegible hallmark at the center back outside the band, both indications of European manufacture. The diamond is an estimated .05 ct, H/I color, SI-1 clarity. Weighs 2.6 grams.
