SHIPPING
We carefully package everything in a custom gift box suitable for presentation. A unique complimentary gift card can also be included: just let us know whether it's a birthday, wedding, graduation, or anniversary gift.
All items are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance, usually within 48 hours of payment. Upgrades for expedited shipping or alternative carriers are possible for an additional fee. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your budget and timeline.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Changes to a shipping address after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed. Redirection is sometimes available via USPS with an additional fee, and this fee is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Re-shipping orders returned to us due to buyer error (such as incorrect address at checkout) will incur new postage charges which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS:
Due to recent changes in VAT and customs regulations, we are unable to ship to all international locations. Please contact us for availability and rates for shipping to your location.
All items are shipped insured and declared at full value of purchase (not including shipping). We are unable to mark merchandise purchased as a "gift" to avoid customs duties, as this is considered customs fraud.
All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of any possible duties, VAT charges, and fees your purchase may be subject to upon arrival in your country. For example, UK residents may be charged by their customs office up to 20% VAT on the value of their purchase over £15, plus a handling fee from the Royal Mail. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not responsible for or able to affect customs or carrier delays.
Items refused at delivery or returned due to failure to pay customs fees will be refunded minus our 5% restock fee as well as any other fees or charges assessed at the return. Original shipping is not refundable.
RETURNS
We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Buying jewelry online can be intimidating and we want to take the uncertainty out of it as much as possible.
Items may be returned for any reason as long as they are in their original condition. Resizing, engraving or alteration of any kind, done by us or another jeweler, renders the item final sale.
A 5% restocking fee will apply to the refund of the original purchase price; shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
1. Items must be returned in original condition as purchased. Alterations of any kind render the item final sale.
2. Buyer must notify us of intent to return within 3 calendar days of receipt of the item. Returns sent without notification cannot be accepted or refunded. After three calendar days of receipt, all items will be considered final sale.
3. Returns must be shipped back to us at buyer's cost within 7 calendar days of receipt and must be sent with tracking. Please send us the tracking information after you ship back to us. Insurance is highly recommended as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.
4. Please return the item in the original gift box sent and pack carefully to avoid damage.
5. Once we have received the return item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment minus a 5% restocking fee.
