Victorian Mine Cut Diamond Cluster Ring
A Victorian old mine-cut diamond cluster ring circa 1870, crafted in 18k gold featuring a circular arrangement of prismatic stones. I love the cushion shape and chunky facets of old cut diamonds, I think they have a brilliant warmth and unique fire that makes them much more interesting than modern stones.
Details: Measuring approximately 7/16" north to south at the center front with a 3/16" rise above the finger when worn. Engraved inside the band "J.L. to E. Smith" and marked 18 for 18k.
