18k Band Dated 1898

A solidly made antique band crafted in rich warm 18k rose-tinted yellow gold; a striking choice for a wedding ring and a luxe look as a stacking piece. The smooth slightly rounded profile is perfect for everyday wear.

Details: Measuring approximately 8.14 mm wide, and 1.25 mm thick, with a satisfying weight of approximately 8 grams. Dated in an inscription on the inside: "C.J.W. to T.R. 2/15/98" and hallmarked 18k for Simon Bros. Company, manufacturing jewelers in Phila. Pa. from 1840 through 1908.

Size: It hits the ring sizer at size 8 but will likely fell about a size smaller due to the width. Resizable down slightly, we don't recommend sizing up as the added gold will not match the original.

Condition: In excellent condition with the mellow patina of dignified age and as couple of light marks but no disfiguring scraches or dents.
