Antique Platinum Filigree Diamond Ring

$2,200.00
The transition from Edwardian to Art Deco produced jewelry noted for elegant feminine design and I think this particular antique ring, circa 1920, exemplifies that aesthetic perfectly. Delicately milgrained details emphasize the brilliance of the three central old European-cut diamonds, and the sparkle of single-cut diamonds framing the face, with a sweetly romantic touch of miniature bows at each shoulder.

Details: With a low profile of approximately 3/16" making it comfortable to wear on a daily basis, and measuring approximately 7/16" north to south, tapering through the shoulders to a 1.56 mm width at the center back of the band. Three Old European cuts graded VS-2/SI-1 and G/H color with an estimated .45 ctw, and 20 antique single cuts with a combined .25 ctw. Marked on the inside with a jeweler's inventory number 3226 and 10% iridium platinum, a commonly used platinum alloy mix of the era. The ring will come with a full appraisal by a third party GIA and AGA certified gemologist.

Size: Currently a size 6 and resizable 1-2 full sizes. Please message us for details before purchase if you are interested in the details of our sizing service.

Condition: In excellent condition with crisp details.
