Vintage Taille d'Epargné Enamel Bangle Bracelet
The Victorian aesthetic in jewelry had several revivals throughout the 20th century, with this particular 19th century style gold-filled bangle bracelet dating to the 1930s. The rich yellow color of the metal is emphasized by the glitter of its stippled texture and intricate taille d'epargné or black tracery enamel work in a floral motif.
Details: Measuring approximately 1" wide with an interior circumference of approximately 7". The safety chain allows it to open wide enough to accommodate an average sized hand, and could be replaced with a longer one if necessary. Marked on the interior "1/10th 14k clad".
Condition: In excellent condition with a gentle vintage patina, and a very light crease on one side, that's not easily noticed when worn. The hinge is sturdy and the box clasp secure.
