Vintage UV Green Spinel Ring

A vintage ring circa 1960 crafted in 10k yellow gold featuring an oval-cut lab-created green UV spinel of softly glowing chartreuse, similar to the color and effect of a Uranium or Vaseline glass gem. In natural light it has show-stopping sparkle and an ethereal yellow-green color, but if you have a black light handy it will glow an otherworldly phosphorescent blue/green. 

Details: Measuring a hair over 1/2" north to south at 14 mm, and 1/2" east to west across the setting, with a 1/4" rise above the finger when worn and curved saddle to keep it properly face up on the finger. Marked for 10k inside the band, weighs approximately 2.7 grams.
