A gleaming antique snake ring circa 1915 crafted in 9k rose gold with a lovely warm glow and gentle antique patina; designed as two serpents coiled together, each head set with a genuine garnet.

Perfect worn solo or as a companion to other pieces in your daily ring stack.

To paraphrase over a millennia of meaning the snake symbolizes eternal love and faithfulness, healing, fertility, wisdom and even immortality while garnets can symbolize both the sincere bond of true friendship and the passionate regard of romantic love.

Details: Measuring approximately 1/2" north to south at the center front of the face and 4.45 mm at the center back of the band. Fully hallmarked for 375 (9k), letter dated 1915, manufactured in Birmingham England. Weighs approximately 4 grams.

Condition: In excellent antique condition with slight age-related thinning and abrasion to the stones visible with magnification. The hoop is very lightly out of round, not noticeable when worn.
