Vintage Gold Flakes in a Bottle Charm

An interesting 1970s miniature blown glass bottle pendant with an 18k yellow gold top and bail, presumably holding genuine gold shavings or flakes, though I have not attempted to open the bottle to test the metal inside.
It's traditionally believed that pure gold can bring happiness and good health to the wearer. Since first discovered it's been a symbol of power, strength and nobility.
Details: Measuring approximately 1 1/4" north to south not including the large attached bail, and 9/16" across the base of the bottle. Marked 18k on the bail. Hung from a contemporary 20" yellow gold-filled cable chain.
Condition: In excellent condition.
