Victorian Rose Gold Cigar Band

$0.00

This product is unavailable

I love these patterned Victorian bands; they're becoming impossible to find, especially in larger sizes. This one, circa 1900, is crafted in 10k rose gold, featuring a chased floral design with a blank cartouche that could be engraved with initials or a special date.

It's perfect as a solo statement and also offers unique texture to compliment your daily ring stack.

Rings of this type were popular at the turn of the last century, commonly sold via catalogues like Montgomery Ward or Sears, often marketed as "cigar bands" after the beautifully patterned paper bands on cigars of the era.

Details: Measuring approximately 9.15 mm wide or about 3/8". Not marked for gold content but professionally tests to 10k. Weighs approximately 2.5 grams.

Size: The ring hits the mandrel at size 8 3/4, however due to the width it will most likely feel about a size smaller. Not resizable.

Condition: In beautiful antique condition with the rich warm glow and smooth silky feel that antique gold pieces with at least 100 years under their belt seem to acquire. There are a couple of light marks and a rich patina, please see photos as they are the visual part of the description.
