An elegant gemstone necklace featuring custom tire-cut amethyst beads of velvety purple finished with a 14k yellow gold bolt ring toggle clasp. The beads catch the light with every turn, flashing brilliant highlights of violet, plum and magenta.
Details: A total length of approximately 17" long, the 6.5 mm beads have been hand-knotted with raspberry silk.
History: In 1912 Amethyst was adopted by the American National Jeweler's Association as the official birthstone for February and is considered the birthstone for the zodiac sign Pisces. It's also a traditional gift for the sixth wedding anniversary.
