Antique Dutch Windmill Locket

The detail is really incredible on this antique locket circa 1900, featuring a scene of windmills along a Dutch canal, crafted in buttery yellow 14k gold. The back is plain and could be engraved with monogram initials or a special date.

Details: Measuring approximately 1 1/8" in diameter, it opens to reveal space for two pictures with the original photo holders and closes with a satisfying snap. Not marked for gold content but XRF tests to 14k. Hung from a contemporary 24" gold-filled cable chain. The locket weighs approximately 8.8 grams.
Condition: In excellent condition with a gentle patina.
