Vintage Jack in the Box Mechanical Charm

I love mechanical gold charms. The skill and precision required to make one can't be understated, and the best ones can turn the most jaded collectors into delighted little kids. This mini jack-in-the-box is crafted in 9k yellow gold with English hallmarks, and I predict it will make you smile every time you open it and that little dude pops up.

Details: The charm itself measures approximately 1/2" high and 3/8" wide. Unhitch the latch and open the lid to see the tiny clown, push the lid shut and he goes back inside the box. Stamped on the bottom for manufacture in Birmingham, England, 9k gold and letter dated 1959.

Condition: In excellent condition with a light patina. There's a very slight crease on one side of the box, visible at certain angles.
