A statement-sized Victorian locket circa 1880, crafted in sterling silver and engraved on both sides with an ivy leaf motif. One side has a blank cartouche that could accommodate initials or a special date.
Details: The locket itself measures approximately 2" long and 1 5/8" wide, the bail is 5/8" long; inside is space for two photos, with the compartment deep enough to hold a small memento like a lock of hair.
Condition: In excellent antique condition with a gentle patina and some light scratches inside the locket. The hinge is firm and the locket stays shut when closed.
