Originally an antique 10k white gold filigree brooch, circa 1920, featuring a genuine french-cut aquamarine in the center; repurposed by us as a lavaliere necklace for the new millennium with rhodium plated silver chain and a filigree station. With intricate milgrained lattice work framing the glittering sky-blue stone, the pendant is refined and feminine emphasizing the most romantic aspects of the era.
A gorgeous choice for the romantic bride, but suitable for everyday wear as well. Aquamarine is one of the traditional birthstones for March babies.
The pendant measures approximately 1 3/4" north to south not including the filigree station whch adds 1/4" to the drop, and 1/2" wide. An overall 16" necklace length.
In excellent condition, with minimal wear and crisp details. The pendant was marked 10k on the original pin findings.
